Responsibilities:

The candidate must:

Complete the capturing and reconciliation of creditors accounts.
Clear any discrepancies and communicate with creditors.
Mail/Scan reports weekly/bi-weekly.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate.
At least 3+ years experience in a creditors position.
Efficiency in Excel, PivotTables and V-lookups.
Willing to work overtime in peak season.
Must understand concepts of recons/cost allocations, etc.
Must understand the concepts and aspects of creditors and/or debtors.

Note:

An export industry specific operating system will be used and therefore the candidate must be willing to learn if he/ she does not have the knowledge or experience thereof.
