SUMMARY:
Hospitality concern has an opportunity for a dynamic candidate with approx. 4 years creditors experience in a similar role, to join their team. Matric is essential, and studying towards a financial qualification is highly advantageous. Fully conversant in written and spoken English is essential.

POSITION INFO:
The role will be in Creditors, in a Shared Services Environment (experience in a similar environment would be great).

Some of your duties would include:
Capturing and processing supplier invoices
Reconciling accounts for payment
Updating payment schedules
Create new suppliers on system
Capture and process monthly expenses
Resolve supplier queries
Review AP Age analysis with the AP Manager
Request outstanding statements
Confirm supplier banking details

Matric essential
