JOB DESCRIPTION

Control all Debtors accounts
Do credit notes
Follow up on outstanding accounts
Reconciliations on certain accounts
Reports on certain accounts
Daily banking of EFT’s
Month end procedures
Annual workmen’s compensation submission
Annual bee application
Collect rentals
Download Tshwane accounts relating to rentals and charge tenants accordingly
Ensure payment of Tshwane accounts
Ensure payment of Telkom accounts
Ensure payment of rates and levies for properties
Do annual bad debt write offs
Control COD account daily
Submit monthly provident fund deductions
Assist with UIF and provident fund claims and submissions
Good knowledge of Microsoft office required
Manage office and ensure all procedures are done correctly
Arrange purchasing of invoices and paper supplies
Good accounting knowledge required
Assist wherever needed
