JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established manufacturer within the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Creditors Controller to ensure that the function is administered and managed, thereby assisting in the reporting of accurate financials. Based in Ballito.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Experience in SAP
Proficient on Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Duties and Responsibilities:

All GRV's and invoices are processed in a month, ensuring vendor statements balance and accurate financial reporting.
Creditor reconciliations - resolving of outstanding queries with vendors and ensuring timeous payments made to all vendors according to payment terms.
Completing credit application forms for submission to MD, updating and Maintain new Creditor Accounts on SAP.
Supervising and assisting GRV receiving clerk.
Supporting finance manager and team and assisting in any ad hoc admin tasks.
