JOB SUMMARY:

Our client in the FMCG sector has an opportunity available for a Cross Trades Controller to join their Procurement Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Validating / generating Forex
Issuing purchase order requests / sales order requests
Generating Cross Trade Purchase orders
Generating Cross Trade Sales orders
Amending and cancelling purchase orders / sales orders
Following up on supplier confirmations for all purchase orders and ensuring any amendments / updates are actioned promptly
Ensuring that cross trade sales orders are signed by the customer
Opening of new supplier accounts and customer accounts
Validating new supplier banking details
Validation of official purchase orders against supplier confirmations - filing and uploading of supplier confirmations electronically
Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

Matric
Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
Administrative experience advantageous
Understanding of costing and basic logistical procedures advantageous
Basic Knowledge of Syspro
