Cryptocurrency Tax Technical Support Consultant (CH774)

Our client a modern professional cryptocurrency tax firm, and is looking for a Technical Cryptocurrency Tax Support Consultant. This role will entail helping clients in South Africa to calculate their cryptocurrency taxes using advanced software. You don’t have to know anything about tax - this is a tech role.

Specifically you will be doing the following:

• API connection and imports to cryptocurrency tax software applications
• CSV conversions to correct format to import to cryptocurrency tax software
• Provide support to clients in obtaining their API keys and generating correct files
• Reconciliation of crypto transactions on software
• Identifiying missing data
• Talk crypto a lot

Candidate Requirements

• Passion for cryptocurrency
• Tech background
• Understand concepts such as: Crypto exchanges, wallets, HODL, Airdrop, Staking, Hard fork and so on. If these sound familiar, then great.
• Analytical and numerically strong
• Be comfortable with a lot of client interaction
