JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client a modern professional cryptocurrency tax firm, and is looking for a Technical Cryptocurrency Tax Support Consultant. This role will entail helping clients in South Africa to calculate their cryptocurrency taxes using advanced software. You don’t have to know anything about tax - this is a tech role.

Specifically you will be doing the following:

API connection and imports to cryptocurrency tax software applications
CSV conversions to correct format to import to cryptocurrency tax software
Provide support to clients in obtaining their API keys and generating correct files
Reconciliation of crypto transactions on software
Identifiying missing data
Talk crypto a lot

Candidate Requirements

Passion for cryptocurrency
Tech background
Understand concepts such as: Crypto exchanges, wallets, HODL, Airdrop, Staking, Hard fork and so on. If these sound familiar, then great.
Analytical and numerically strong
Be comfortable with a lot of client interaction
