We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Consultant to join our dynamic team in Edenvale. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their journey with our dealership. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information regarding vehicles, services, and dealership processes.
Coordinate customer appointments, test drives, and follow-ups.
Maintain detailed customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
