JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Follow up on customer queries to provide superb customer service.
Monthly and weekly safety meeting to customer.
Identify customer problems and conduct follow ups.
Weekly checks on services.
Survey all customers.
Attend to all H/O tickets and requests.

Requirements:

Minimum Standard 10 / Grade 12
Minimum 3 years in admin and sales
Computer literacy
Code 8 Drivers license
