SUMMARY:

Drive exceptional customer experiences from order to delivery — lead the team that makes it happen.

We are looking for a Customer Care Team Leader to oversee our customer service operations and ensure efficient order fulfilment, onâtime deliveries, and excellent customer support.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Ensure OTIF deliveries and resolve delivery/return issues.
Oversee accurate processing of returns, credits, and documentation.
Lead, coach, and manage the customer care team.
Improve customer service processes and drive continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Prepare service performance reports and provide insights for improvement

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Supply Chain/Logistics qualification advantageous)
3–5 years’ experience in customer service or supply chain
Strong knowledge of order fulfilment, deliveries, and returns
Experience with process optimisation and SOP development
Proficiency in ERP systems (Syspro) and MS Excel
Strong leadership, communication, and problemâsolving abilities
Strong planning and organising
Analytical and processâimprovement focus
Ability to perform under pressure
