JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Delivery Manager
Kempton Park

International logistics company is recruiting for a Customer Delivery Manager responsible for all steps of the development cycle. The role will cover the integrations and customer system solutions across global, regional, and local spheres.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Minimum of IT Diploma
SQL, Windows Server, ASP.NET Certification

Requirements:

5 years’ experience
XML, XSD
Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation
EDI and Technical EDI
Internal customer and vendor management

Responsibilities:

Act as the IT representative in the marketing and sales functions with the integration team
Develop GIT and RITS Strategy
Translate GIT/ RITS into action
Manage project pipelines
Enforce IT Product Strategy
Take charge of business analysis and translation of business requirements
Responsible for IT project lifecycle for customer application projects
