SUMMARY:
In this role, you will report to the Marketing Director and be tasked with identifying opportunities to improve, provide trend analysis, and develop customer insights and customer experience strategies.

POSITION INFO:

Customer Insights and Experience Manager (Telecommunications)

In this role, you will report to the Marketing Director and be tasked with identifying opportunities to improve, provide trend analysis, and develop customer insights and customer experience strategies. 

 

The ideal candidate will meet the following Minimum requirements:

  • A Bachelors Degree - preferably in Marketing or Business Management is essential
  • At least 6 years’ experience in ICT/telecommunications (non negotiable)
  • In-depth understanding of current ICT market/sector trends and key players in the market and associated segments
  • Solid understanding of ICT market and technologies
  • Comfortable with basic Finance/Accounting principles (including CAPEX, OPEX, TCO, NPV etc.)
  • Must have prior experience with developing value propositions
  • Good grasp of Customer Experience Methodology and Customer Lifecycle Methodology
  • Must be familiar / experienced with PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle)
  • Process Mapping Methodology experience is highly desirable
  • Digital & Online experience is a must
  • Must have experience with CRM systems and CX Systems

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Effective Management and Leadership of Customer Insights and Experience Strategy.
  • Transform data into actionable client-centric business intelligence
  • Deliver customer insights that shape and support practical strategic initiatives in digital, operations, and marketing;
  • Perform customer segmentation analysis
  • Drive the right customer experience journey for customers
  • Drive the implementation of the customer journey through all touchpoints within the business
  • Drive a customer-first mantra as a Company values pillar
