JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to CRM Manager you will be an analytical self-starter with decisive judgment and strong commercial acumen. An inquisitive mind and enjoy working on data-driven solutions within a (Retail/FMCG/Insurance) consumer business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for gathering and sharing insights that can be used to inform and support business decision-making for both B2C and B2B. Essential that you have SQL database expertise including SQL script writing and PowerBI.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3/5 years of relevant work experience
A proven and successful background in data analysis across a large database of customers
Established experience in CRM and tools that monitor the Omnichannel customer experience
Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms
Ability to visualise data clearly
Advanced knowledge of MS office.
Must have excellent analytical skills

Key Outputs:

Prepare monthly Customer evolution information tracking
Leverage data to gain a deeper understanding of existing customers
Advise on customer acquisition and retention strategies based on customer behaviour
Update the database with all internal and external data and clean, maintain and enrich the database
Manage all operational tasks related to extracting data, customer, and consumer-related insights
Provide customer segmentation profiles to aid targeted
Deliver customer insights and recommendations to increase member’s lifetime value
Assist channels in their forecasting activities
Implement the onboarding process for new members, incl. email & data uploads
Provide periodic reporting data on active base, average consumption and channel preference
Complement reports with bottom-up channel views
Monitor and report relevant trends within the database and communicate them
Provide evaluation reports of consumer experience campaigns and marketing activities
