SUMMARY:
To work with all departments to identify opportunities to improve, provide trend analysis, and develop our customer insights and customer experience strategy.

POSITION INFO:

Education:

(Preferable) Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Management or equivalent from recognized Tertiary institution

Other Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

5+ years’ experience in the ICT sector
Knowledge and experience in Telecommunications industry
Previous Management Experience
Ability to market and sell the product/service portfolio
In-depth understanding of the current market trends and competitors in the market and associated segment
Understanding of ICT market and technologies
Basic Financial Accounting (CAPEX, OPEX, TCO, NPV etc.)
Value proposition development and management experience.
Customer Experience Methodology
Customer Lifecycle Methodology
PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle) experience
Strategic Thinking
Process Mapping Methodology
Digital & Online experience
Understanding of Business processes
Understanding of business systems
