SUMMARY:
To work with all departments to identify opportunities to improve, provide trend analysis, and develop our customer insights and customer experience strategy.

POSITION INFO:

Education:

(Preferable) Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Management or equivalent from recognized Tertiary institution

 

Other Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in the ICT sector
  • Knowledge and experience in Telecommunications industry
  • Previous Management Experience
  • Ability to market and sell the product/service portfolio
  • In-depth understanding of the current market trends and competitors in the market and associated segment
  • Understanding of ICT market and technologies
  • Basic Financial Accounting (CAPEX, OPEX, TCO, NPV etc.)
  • Value proposition development and management experience.
  • Customer Experience Methodology
  • Customer Lifecycle Methodology
  • PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle) experience
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Process Mapping Methodology
  • Digital & Online experience  
  • Understanding of Business processes
  • Understanding of business systems
