Customer Market Segment specialist

As they grow on the continent they are seeking to appoint an experienced Customer Market Segment Specialist.

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities:

• Identifies new business opportunities and creates appropriate business plans
• Identifies new market opportunities (i.e. products/services, technologies, markets)
• Monitors organization''s market share and competition
• Create market segment content to articulate the whitespace, insights, pain points of the customers
• Understanding the revenue within the segment
• Aligning or driving benefits of products and/or solutions to bring in leads and opportunities for the sales team
• Work with product owners to promote the story of the product both internally and externally (product features and their benefits)
• Learn about competitors (customers, products and marketing tactics)
• Develop buyer personas for key market segments
• Develop and implement go to market plans for new market segment and product launches
• Develop and implement digital campaigns for new sales, upsell, cross-sell, and increased usage of products targeting existing customers and contacts
• Actively drive the conversion of contacts to qualified leads for sales through targeted product campaign automation

• Marketing Diploma/Degree, MBA or similar would be an advantage
• Previous experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management
• Experience managing suppliers
• Analytical mindset
• Experience managing technical aspects of key product marketing and business systems (marketing automation, CRM)
