Do you have a vibrant personality and a knack of building long lasting relationships, our client in need of a Customer Relations Associate to join their team and to support the Part Sales Reps in the Olifantsfontein area.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist part sales representatives in generating quotes and processing orders promptly and accurately
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer through effective communication and personalized assistance
* Provide outstanding admin support, including data entry, file management and document preparation
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction
* Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationship
* Must be proficient in MS Office and CRM software
