POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric with at least 3+ years related customer service, promotions and sales experience gained within the FMCG retail industry.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• MS Office proficiency- essential. CRM systems experience - advantageous
• Open to male or female
• Must have a clear criminal history

• Providing order processing and sales order support to retailers.
• Interacting with retailers to sell off promotions, deals, jabs and pre-price increase promotions.
• Tracking, tracing and following up on deliveries.
• Customer service and sales administration.

• High volume order processing and placing calls for accuracy and attention to detail
• Numerical aptitude coupled with excellent written, spoken and electronic communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship-building ability
• Active listening skills
• Planning and coordinating
• Organisation and reporting

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08h30 to 16h30 (no weekends or after-hours work)
• Remuneration: Market Related, Negotiable
