• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous

Experience and Specialist Skills required

• Experience with tender processes
• Prepaid electricity vending, bill payments, traffic fines processing knowledge/background advantageous

Key Performance Areas

• Develop and implement an ongoing sales plan to achieve sales objectives and develop/penetrate the market and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and behaviour in accord with company standards and procedures.

• At all times, the CRM should be aware of any issues which may be raised and be able to proactively work towards a meaningful resolution which satisfies both parties.
• The CRM will be required to work closely with business units in order to deliver a total solution to the customer.
• The CRM needs to professionally represent company at the customer, and in turn, to represent the customer within company .
• The CRM will be expected to develop a Revenue and Margin target, which is paramount to the success of the Group, and these therefore need to be planned for and met within the identified timescales.
