A Market leader based in the southern suburbs of Capetown seeks your experience as a Customer Relationship Manager.

Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous

Experience and Specialist Skills required

Experience with tender processes
Prepaid electricity vending, bill payments, traffic fines processing knowledge/background advantageous

Key Performance Areas

Develop and implement an ongoing sales plan to achieve sales objectives and develop/penetrate the market and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and behaviour in accord with company standards and procedures.

At all times, the CRM should be aware of any issues which may be raised and be able to proactively work towards a meaningful resolution which satisfies both parties.
The CRM will be required to work closely with business units in order to deliver a total solution to the customer.
The CRM needs to professionally represent company at the customer, and in turn, to represent the customer within company .
The CRM will be expected to develop a Revenue and Margin target, which is paramount to the success of the Group, and these therefore need to be planned for and met within the identified timescales.
