JOB SUMMARY:

An established distributor of raw chemicals is seeking the above to assist the team with routine tasks such as capturing and following up on orders, liaising with various stakeholders, drawing reports, data capturing, and general administrative tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a National Senior Certificate with business modules
Good organizational skills and excellent communication skills are required to deal with internal departments and external customers/suppliers
Must be computer literate, with a good understanding of MS Office and advanced excel skills
Must have Pastel experience
The ability to work in a very dynamic, fast paced, and changing environment is essential
Must have own transport

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Processing invoices, credit notes and all relevant sales documentation.
Following up with retailers on orders.
Following up on orders internally with productions, logistics and invoicing departments.
Coordinating deliveries and liaising with warehouses, transporters etc.
Processing stock transfers (IBT’s) and maintaining stock sheets.
Managing POD’s and GRN’s and ensuring the filing system is maintained.
Maintaining organized sales information.
Capturing data and maintaining KPI reports for the teams.
Preparing presentations.
Working towards maintaining a positive relationship with all customers/retailers.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
