POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the position. The Customer Service Manager will lead customer service operations, ensuring seamless delivery route planning, order fulfillment, and compliance with food safety and quality standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining service excellence across restaurants and distribution centers, while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and maintain contractual service levels across the region. Oversee order fulfillment, promotional launches, recalls, and complaint resolution. Build and sustain strong customer relationships, ensuring issues are addressed promptly. Manage daily delivery route planning and vehicle monitoring for optimal execution. Lead and develop the customer support team, ensuring HR compliance, training, and performance management. Act as custodian of food safety protocols, audits, and FSSC 22000 compliance. Support new store openings and ensure accurate market contact information. Profile Requirements: 5-7 years' experience in customer support management within FMCG\/QSR supply chain. Proven exposure to international supply chain and SADC export operations. Minimum Grade 12 with tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, or related field. Strong MS Office, Great Plains, and WMS proficiency. Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Results‑driven, detail‑oriented, with a disciplined approach to safety, quality, and productivity. A detailled JD will be shared on request
