SUMMARY:
Our UK Client is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Desk Manager to lead their customer support operations in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between clients, field crews, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in service-driven industries.
Position is remote-based
Salary R25 - R35 000 based on Experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Proven experience in customer service management or service desk supervision (3+ years preferred).
Experience in maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a similar field service environment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of scheduling systems and CRM tools is an asset
