SUMMARY:
Our Client, a well-established Company based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an individual to join their team as a CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT

SECTOR: Customer Services

START DATE: IMMEDIATE / A.S.A.P

DUTIES:

Customer / Sales service – liaise with clients telephonically and build relationships

Processing of sales orders, invoices as well as contacting existing client with new orders/repeat business

Maintain records / update price lists

Additional services assistance – liaise with Finance team around administrative duties

Work with the CRM system

Attend service, sales meetings and client visits and marketing events as required

Ad hoc – not limited to above

REQUIREMENT:

Grade 12 + Admin Related Diploma

3 – 5 years’ experience with call centre and ERP experience

Must be resilient

Must be able to multi task at a hectic pace

Customer service orientated

Strong personality to handle Sales Team

Well organized and presented

Analytical & Detail orientated
