SUMMARY:

A market leader in the FMCG sector, based in Paarl, requires a Customer Service Coordinator to assist on a Fixed Term Contract basis. This role entails effective servicing of clients and processing of orders.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric

Tertiary Qualification Advantageous

1 – 3 years Customer Service experience gained in the FMCG Industry

Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain and delivery processes

Good English communication skills

Computer Literacy on MS Office

Must be familiar working in a highly pressurized working environment

Be available immediately for a FTC
