SUMMARY:
A well-established business is seeking Customer Value Management Reward Specialist
To drive customer loyalty growth by managing programmes, offers and campaigns

POSITION INFO:
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
Post Grad advantageous
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience working on performance marketing with a focus on user retention and loyalty

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding of customer journey and lifecycles
Understanding of referral and loyalty programs
Experience with reward campaign management tools
Project management and Digital platform experience preferred

Stakeholder Management
