Customer Commercial and Engagement Lead
R66 000 CTC
Pretoria East

POSITION INFO:
The customer commercial and engagement lead plays a vital role in creating long-term client relationships, facilitating operational delivery and commercial alignment between all stakeholders internally, but also on the customer side

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Business management or commercially orientated degree or equivalent experience
Good understanding of the state of the current market and industry and the company’s offering
Manage financial aspects of contracts
Work in partnership with other Customer Engagement Leads
Assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation
Monitor contracts to ensure that stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations and determine when processes violate either general or specific contractual regulations
