ð¼ About the Role
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between finance operations and technology, ensuring that the D365 Finance solutions are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and strategic growth initiatives.
As a senior member of the team, you will lead requirements gathering, process optimization, and solution design, while conducting training sessions and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

ð Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for D365 Finance projects.
Translate complex financial processes into functional specifications and system solutions.
Partner with finance and IT teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.
Support system configuration, testing, and deployment within D365 Finance.
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users and junior analysts.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on D365 Finance.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel for financial data analysis.
Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

ð Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree OR one of the following:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and Power Automate.
Background in ERP/CRM systems and financial compliance.
