JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for leading data architecture, database administration, data integration and data services platforms. The D365 Developer will ensure that the data integration platforms and architecture are maintained, and services delivered meets the business demand and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years Application Development or Support Experience

At least a year proven working experience in Software Engineering Development Lifecycle

Minimum of 2 years strong knowledge of Software Engineering methodologies, tools and processes

Experience in Web services/APIs – advantageous

Minimum of 3 years’ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Experience in coaching and technically leading a small team

At least 2 years proven working experience in MS Dynamics 365

At least 2 years proven working experience in PowerApp

Required Qualification/s:

B.Sc. (Computer Science) or relevant degree/diploma IT (Essential)

Developer Certification (Essential)

ITIL Foundation (advantageous)

MS D365 Certified (Essential)

PowerApps Certified (Essential)

Azure Cloud Certificate (advantageous)

Required D365 Technical Expertise:

Installation and Configuration of Dynamics 365 environment as per architecture requirements

Ability to apply Cloud Policies to relevant D365 components

Manage and Maintain Security across all the D365 components including PowerApps as per our current IT Security standards.

Manage and Maintain Dynamics 365 environment and ensure alignment to our IT Practices.

Enhancement of existing functionality and Implementation of new functionality

Ensure adequate monitoring and alerting on the environment

Perform Training on D365 and PowerApps platforms as and when required

Ensure effective Log Management and perform relevant diagnostics

Involvement and provide support in multiple projects and initiatives on PowerApps platforms.

Provide Support and Assistance to the PowerApps users through an incident management system
