Essentials for the role

Degree highly preferable

Tech savy and data savy

At least five yearsâ€™ experience in EXTERNAL recruiting technical applicants pref data scientists or similar in SA and Africa

Experience with setting up a recruitment platform and database.

Have a high-level understanding and experience of the data science solutions pipeline and the combination of skills, understanding and experience required to not only build machine learning models, but derive tangible value from them.

Be conversant with current and emerging trends in data science and machine learning and the implications these have for our recruitment and learning propositions

Have a high level understanding of industry dynamics (e.g. retail, financial services, healthcare etc) and the ability to engage intelligently with hiring managers about their data science and analytics needs
