An exciting opportunity has opened for a highly driven Dealer Principal to lead and manage two new vehicle dealerships in the towns of Vryburg and Kuruman.
As Dealer Principal, you will oversee the full dealership operations, including:

2 New Car Floors
-
2 Used Car Floors
-
2 Service Departments
Your role will be to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across both sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of sales (new & used) and service departments.
-
Manage and develop high-performing sales, service, and admin teams.
-
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
-
Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
-
Build strong relationships with OEMs, stakeholders, and the community.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Dealer Principal or Senior Manager in the motor industry.

Strong leadership and business management skills.
-
Solid understanding of full dealership operations (sales, aftersales, finance, service).
-
Ability to manage two dealerships simultaneously.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Location: Vryburg & Kuruman (small-town environment, community-focused)
