JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skilled Debtors and Creditors Clerk need for our client - a busy Dental Practice in Pretoria North. This role requires a skilled and experienced individual with a stable track record.

You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Dental Practice and Elixer Experience are essential if you apply for this role. You must be an organized, detail-oriented, and assertive individual with great people skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Full Creditors Function
Full Debtors Function
Dealing with Medical Aids, ICD10 Codes
Calculate overtime, commission, and assist with payroll
Assisting Dr as needed

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
Stable Track Record
5-7 years in a similar role essential (Dental Practice)
Must have a good understanding of Dentistry Practices and Codes
Ability to work under pressure in a multi-man practice
Computer Literate – including, word, excel, outlook and Elixer
You must be: Organised, Meticulous, Honest, detail orientated
Must be able to start as soon as possible
Contactable references
Good communication and telephone etiquette

Working Hours:

9 hours per day

Monday to Friday 07h00 – 16h00 or
Monday to Friday 08h00 – 17h00

Salary:

R14 – 20 K Linked to experience and skill.
