SUMMARY:
The Demand & Sourcing Analyst is responsible for enhancing demand accuracy, supporting strategic procurement decisions, and ensuring product competitiveness through data-driven insights. This role focuses on analysing sales trends, forecasting demand, evaluating market and competitor pricing, and supporting new product launches.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Business, or Data Analytics (advantageous)
3–5 years’ experience in a similar role (hospitality sector experience advantageous)
Advanced Excel skills essential; experience with BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.) desirable
