DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER - DURBAN

The Digital Graphic Designer will be required to assist the video department with all graphic design requirements such as designing the look and feel of animated explainers to designing for websites and monthly reports. The incumbent will work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce on-brand and eye-catching campaigns that align with the company''s overall aesthetic. Also, the Digital Graphic Designer will design and do layout of storyboards for animations and videos; prep artwork for animation and designing of website banners and animations; Creating monthly reports for department and occasionally designing for print and car wraps etc.

Operational

• Web / Graphic Design duties.
• Websites - design & layout with new functions.

• Website Adverts - conceptualize, design, layout and make up to completion for website.
• Photoshop / Illustrator - for design and editing.
• Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to.
• Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
• Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
• Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
• Proven experience in a professional digital design role.
• Solid knowledge of design software programs, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
• A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.

• WordPress - for Website design, layout and interactive functions.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to cope with many projects at any given time.

• Adhoc functions and print design as needed.

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Design
