JOB DESCRIPTION:

DRAUGHTSMAN VACANCY

POSITION:

The job will focus on design and manufacturing drawings of various equipment used in the wine and fruit industry amongst others.

REQUIREMENTS:

Mechanical engineering / draughting qualification
Familiar with 3D CAD software, especially Solidworks
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication
Good engineering knowledge
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transport
Preferably live close to Wellington / Paarl
Be able to work extended hours when required
Liaison and interaction with fellow employees
Attend meetings, prepare project plans and timelines
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans would be an advantage

DUTIES:

Draughting of plan layouts, manufacturing drawings and 3D layouts
Attend meetings, prepare project plans and timelines
Order parts from suppliers

SALARY:

R15 k – R20 k neg
