SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman / Architectural Technologist to support architectural design and technical documentation on a part-time basis. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to contribute effectively to project delivery.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience with municipal submission drawings and processes
Strong understanding of building regulations and standards
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time environment
