Data Analyst

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing BI, AI, and ML strategies while managing a team of outsourced analysts. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can transform data into actionable insights that drive business performance, innovation, and efficiencies

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in managing outsourced teams or service providers (advantageous).
• Familiarity with BI tools and enabling technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee BI, AI, and ML strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and coordinate a team of outsourced data analysts.
• Lead and manage outsourcing requirements, agreements, and external service providers.
• Ensure data is efficiently leveraged to support decision-making, performance tracking, and business growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and ML can create efficiencies and innovation.
• Oversee the effective use of related technologies and systems to enable data-driven solutions.
