About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing distribution networks, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy. You will work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams to provide insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reporting tools to track distribution and inventory KPIs.
• Analyze stock movement, replenishment patterns, and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels across all distribution points.
• Identify trends and anomalies in supply chain and inventory data to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to streamline distribution strategies and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Transfer knowledge and ensure that stakeholders understand reports and insights for decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements by leveraging data-driven insights for distribution planning.

• 3-year Degree in a quantitative field (Data, Finance, Economics, Informatics, or Statistics) – Post-graduate qualification is advantageous.
• 2–5 years’ experience in data analytics with a strong focus on inventory management, distribution networks, and retail operations.
• High proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS (or similar analytics tools).
• Strong mathematical ability and experience in creating data models for demand planning, stock forecasting, and warehouse optimization.
• Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
