POSITION INFO:
ð Job Title: Inventory Accountant – High-End Brand (Johannesburg North)
ð Location: Johannesburg North

ð° Salary: Market-related, based on experience

ð Key Responsibilities:

ð¦ Manage and oversee the full inventory accounting function across multiple locations.
ð Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
ð§¾ Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
ð¤ Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize inventory processes.
ð Prepare and present inventory-related financial reports to senior management.
â Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
ð Support audits and assist with year-end financial processes.

ð Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (BCom or equivalent) ð
3–5 years’ experience in a full accounting function, with a strong focus on inventory ð
Experience in the retail or FMCG sector is highly advantageous ðï¸
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP and Oracle) ð»
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ð
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ð£ï¸
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment â¡
