Key Responsibilities:

Build meaningful KPIs & dashboards that translate performance into clear, actionable insights
Spot performance gaps early and recommend smart, data-led improvements
Turn complex business challenges into analytical questions, and those into business actions
Partner with IT to develop data solutions that level-up efficiency and resilience
Collaborate across teams, functions & regions to drive data-led decision making
Champion data accuracy, quality and availability across the business

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom in Analytics, Finance or a related field
6 to 7 years in BI / data analytics or a similar insight-driven role
Strong SQL skills and BI visualisation tools (PowerBI preferred)
Proven ability to turn data into stories, insights and business actions
Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experienced with thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Commercial mindset - you care about impact, not just reports
