SUMMARY:
Data Archiving Specialist
Contract position

POSITION INFO:
Job Purpose:

Extract and transform data from the legacy system and make it available on request
Assist in the UAT of the migration of data to JiVS IMP
Perform system decommissioning tasks, ensuring business continuity through accessible archived data
Maintain and troubleshoot JiVS environments and work closely with infrastructure teams

Qualifications:

B Comm or relevant tertiary qualification
3+ years of experience with JiVS IMP or similar platform
hands-on experience in data archiving, migration, or system decommissioning
Experience with SQL, ETL tools, and scripting languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity to simplicity
