POSITION INFO:

Data Capturing
Customer Service experience
Computer Literate
Assisting clients on multiple platforms (Whatsapp, Email and Telephonically)
Attention to detail and accuracy of document administration
Answering telephone calls from clients timeously and assisting with general queries
Ability to multi-task and ensure all queries are managed and resolved
General administration duties

Must have:

- Matric

- Ability to work weekends and PH

- Excellent telephone ettiquette
