Develop and implement enterprise-wide data management strategies aligned with business objectives.

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Consultant's at Senior Consultant level and Managmenet to deliver data governance, data quality, and data strategy initiatives across the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and stakeholder management skills to drive data excellence and enable data-driven decision-making

Data Strategy & Governance

Develop and implement enterprise-wide data management strategies aligned with business objectives.
Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Drive data stewardship programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or STEM fields.
4+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or data consulting.
Proven experience in managing data-related projects and leading teams.
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DCAM).
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Talend) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR).
