Summary

The Services Data Privacy and Protection Manager, reporting into the Group Vice President Data Privacy and Protection, will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation and oversight of the DPP program in our products, services and solutions. The Services Data Privacy and Protection Manager will work closely with stakeholders in each of our divisions to ensure that appropriate controls, across people, process and technology, are put in place to support compliance with data protection laws and regulations, industry standards and our clients global DPP policies

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Group Vice President Data Privacy and Protection in establishing and overseeing the data privacy and protection program in our clients products, services and solutions, including identifying emerging risks, defining appropriate policies and processes, performing data protection impact assessments and embedding data protection by design, creating go-to-market collateral and engaging with clients on data privacy and protection matters, and preparing executive and management reports
• Working closely with the Service divisions to embed data protection by design and by default in all our products, services and solutions
• Working closely with the legal team to ensure that terms of service and data processing agreements accurately reflect the technical and organizational measures in place for our products, services and solutions
• Supporting the Service divisions to document their record of processing and data flows and identify cross-border transfers of personal data for our clients products, services and solutions
• Advising the business on its data protection obligations in respect of the policies, processes and technologies that support our products, services and solutions
• Monitoring developments in global data protections laws and regulations, understanding the impact for our client and putting in place appropriate mechanisms to support compliance
• Providing guidance, training and awareness to key stakeholders on data privacy and protection
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the data privacy and protection program and achievement of control objectives across our products, services and solutions
• Maintaining your technical expertise by keeping abreast of developments in data privacy and protection, participating in industry forums and undertaking continual training and development

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor''s degree
• CIPP, CIPM, CIPT
• CISM, CRISC, CISA, or other relevant certifications (preferred)

Required Experience:

• 5+ years'' relevant work experience in data privacy and protection program management, processes, practices, technologies, risk management, audit or compliance
• Track record of advising on complex data protection matters with practical advice
• Experience in risk management activities and practices (preferred)
• Experience in cyber security management and control (preferred)
