Job & Company Description:
My client, one of the largest financial services organizations in the country, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join their team. You will be responsible for working on complex data problems using your expertise in machine learning, Python, and predictive modelling.

Education:

BSc Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Econometrics, Physics or Actuarial degree
Hons degree will be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a data analytics environment
Coding experience in SAS, SQL, R and Python
Advanced Python experience is an absolute must
Previous insurance experience would be beneficial
Experience in machine learning is crucial
