An exceptional opportunity exists for a visionary Head of Data Integration to join a forward-thinking organisation. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in modern data platforms and integration strategies, and a passion for unlocking business value through data.

In this role, the successful candidate will:

• Define and lead the organisation’s data integration strategy across platforms like Ab Initio, Azure, Denodo, SAS, and IBM DB2.
• Build and guide a high-performing team of engineers to deliver robust, scalable data pipelines.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance across diverse environments, including regulatory domains such as IFRS9, AML, Basel, and BCBS239.
• Collaborate closely with Data Architecture, Engineering, and cross-functional business teams to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Oversee vendor relationships, platform selection, and manage total cost of ownership for integration tools.
• Drive innovation through real-time data streaming, data lake optimisation, and enterprise data warehousing.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A Master’s degree and 7–10 years’ experience in senior data integration or data engineering roles.
• Proven success in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade data integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and modern data technologies.
• Experience with regulatory reporting requirements and data quality frameworks.
• Certification in data engineering or integration tools would be advantageous.
