We’re looking for a skilled Data Scientist (BI) to help unlock the power of data across our life and non-life insurance business. In this role, you’ll work with diverse teams to deliver insights, predictive models, and BI solutions that drive smarter decisions and better performance

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll do

Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Build, validate, and explain predictive and machine learning models
Design and support scalable BI and analytics solutions on the Microsoft BI stack
Develop automated, reliable data pipelines and reports
Collaborate with actuaries, underwriters, and business stakeholders

What you bring

Degree or diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT (or similar)
4+ years’ experience in data science / BI, ideally in insurance or financial services
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics is Essential
Advanced skills in Python / R, C++,C#, Java SQL Server, and T-SQL is critical
Solid grounding in statistics, data modelling, and experimental design
Clear communication skills and strong business acumen
