Data Scientist / Senior Software Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Become part of a dynamic team delivering innovative, scalable tech solutions for global industries. In this role, you’ll:
Architect, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-time, distributed systems
Extract insights from petabyte-scale datasets to address high-stakes challenges
Collaborate across the product lifecycle, from concept to client-site deployment
Develop and enhance data pipelines while contributing to scalable microservice architectures
Excel in a hybrid work environment that fosters mentorship, teamwork, and continuous growth

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4+ years in data science or data-centric software engineering
Demonstrated success in deploying ML/AI models in production settings
Proficient in Python and/or Java, with strong SQL and database design skills
Expertise in data wrangling, feature engineering, and CI/CD for ML pipelines
Bonus: Experience with real-time/event processing (e.g., Kafka), distributed systems, audio/NLP/LLM/RAG, or telecom/signal processing
Excellent communication skills and proven leadership/mentorship capabilities

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on data science, AI, or machine learning.
Preferred: Master’s degree in a related discipline.
