Data Warehouse Engineer

SUMMARY:
Gijima Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a client in the FMCG sector, seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Engineer to join their Data and AI Division.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Microsoft Data Engineer certifications
• 3–5 years’ experience in ETL development and DW design, deployment, and maintenance
• Experience with large-scale cloud data warehouses
• Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, GitHub
• Solid data modelling and performance tuning skills
• Exposure to AI and machine learning applications in data environments
• Experience working in agile environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient, scalable data warehouse projects
• Build, test, and maintain ETL packages and data pipelines
• Optimize data models and database performance
• Monitor data jobs to ensure data integrity and zero data loss
• Adhere to coding standards and compliance practices
• Support analytical needs through robust data solutions
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement and upskilling
