JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have a vacancy for a Dealer Principal for a vehicle dealership

Duties: Manage and oversee the entire dealership and all departments, including sales, parts, and service. Giving direction to all staff, Manage all aspects of the business by ensuring that targets are met, Bringing the dealership to profit by cutting expenses and increasing profits by increasing sales and workshop hours.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as Dealer Principal with a vehicle dealership
Experience with managing all areas of a dealership including parts, sales and service departments
Considerable experience with corporate brands like Renault, VW, Isuzu, Ford etc.
Excellent leadership abilities, communication skills, people skills
Proven Track record of achieving targets and profits
Clear criminal record
