POSITION INFO:

Our client is growing independent automotive group, and they are looking for an experienced Dealer Principal to lead one of their well-established volume brand dealerships. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring profitability across all departments, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve performance while maintaining excellent relationships with manufacturers and customers. You will also be required to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
Matric or Equal
Business Degree or Diploma would be beneficial
A Valid Drivers License
Minimum of 5 years of DP experience running all aspects of a dealership, including sales, finance, workshop, and parts departments
A proven track record in multi-franchise environments is preferable
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Alignment with South Africa's BBBEE policy
Exceptional business acumen
Have a stable work history
