🚗 Dealer Relationship Manager | Welkom, South Africa 📍 Based in Welkom with regular travel to Kathu, Vryburg, Kroonstad and surrounding areas Our client is seeking an experienced Dealer Relationship Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in the Motor Industry, Finance & Insurance (F&I), Sales, and Account Management . South African citizens only. Key Requirements ✅ Fluent in both Afrikaans and English ✅ Motor Industry experience ✅ Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience ✅ 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar Dealer Relationship Manager or Account Management role ✅ Proven sales and relationship management experience ✅ Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively Responsibilities • Maintain and grow existing sales volumes within the VAP division through regular dealer and financial institution visits. • Market and promote company products and Warranty products to existing and prospective corporate clients. • Achieve monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with motor dealers and financial institutions. • Conduct ongoing product training and support for clients. • Represent the company at launches, events and industry functions. • Provide monthly market intelligence and competitor feedback. • Prepare reports and assist with budget control and administration. Minimum Qualifications & Experience • Matric (Grade 12) • Sales and Marketing qualification advantageous • Minimum 2 to 3 years' sales experience within the short-term insurance industry • Good understanding of FAIS Fit & Proper requirements • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Excellent organisational and diary management skills • Professional appearance and conduct Personal Attributes • Self-motivated and target-driven • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Innovative and proactive mindset • Strong coaching and relationship-building skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to work extended hours when required Should you not receive feedback within 7 days of submitting your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
