Our client is looking for a Debtors & Costing Clerk to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a Debtors & Costing Clerk to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understand relevant campaign and AAGroup systems
• Manage full invoicing/debtors/recon function for client
• Create & keep record of all supporting documentation
• Raise the relevant invoices
• Ensure that supporting documentation agree with invoiced amounts
• Send invoices and statements to client on time
• Keep Account Manager abreast of financial activities of the campaign
• Liaise with relevant Account Manager as required to provide necessary information to client

Qualifications

• 5 years’ bookkeeping experience
• 5 years’ Debtors’ experience
• 3-Year Tertiary qualification in Accounting
• Good understanding of accounting principles
